Dr. Morris Sheats has been in ministry for over 40 years. He founded Trinity Church in Lubbock, Texas (1964-1978). Then, in 1984 Dr. Sheats founded Hillcrest Church in Dallas, Texas (1984-2003). He left both mega churches vibrant and active in local ministries and world outreach. Most recently, Dr. Sheats has begun a new congregation at Heritage Church in Richardson, Texas. He is a charter member of Trinity Church. He and his family are now active members of Heritage Church.
